Curalis is a health-technology company, not a laboratory or medical provider. All laboratory and medical services are provided by independent third parties. The information and AI advisor we provide are for educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed provider about your health.

Membership & billing

• Membership is billed at $29/month, charged annually as $348 unless otherwise stated.
• Your membership renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid term.
• Certain add-ons (such as scans) may carry additional fees.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Curalis lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curalis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
