Curalis Labs memberships are generally eligible for payment with HSA and FSA funds. This page explains how, and what to keep in mind. This is informational only and not tax advice.

Using your HSA/FSA

At checkout you can pay with an HSA or FSA card just like any other card. We provide an itemized receipt you can submit for reimbursement if your plan requires documentation.

Important notes

• Eligibility, contribution limits, and rules can change annually and vary by plan.
• Some plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity for certain services.
• We are not responsible for changes in regulations affecting your benefits.
